7. When outsourcing the processing of personal information, we will require contractors through contractual agreements to prevent leaks and the disclosure of information to third parties, and we will ensure that contractors are subject to appropriate oversight.
8. If you have any requests or inquiries regarding your personal information, please contact our customer service department, and we will address them.
9. We will comply with all applicable Japanese laws, regulations, and other standards regarding the personal information we hold, and we will periodically review this policy and strive to improve it.
10. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on our website along with the updated version.

2. Information Obtained and Methods of Obtaining It

The information we collect is as follows, depending on the method of collection.

3. Handling of Personal Information and Purposes of Use

We will use the personal information collected from customers solely for the following purposes.

However, if the purpose of use falls outside the scope of the following purposes, we will use such information only after obtaining the individual’s consent if the information was collected directly from them, or after publicly disclosing the purpose if it was collected through other means.

3. Identity Verification We verify your identity using one of the following methods:

   • Call the phone number already provided by the individual whose information is being disclosed to verify their identity.

   • We will send an email to the email address already provided by the individual concerned and verify their identity by asking them to reply to that email.

   • During the procedure, we verify your identity by confirming your name, address, phone number, and date of birth.

4. To verify the identity of a representative, we require the representative to visit our office in person and present a driver’s license or passport, along with a letter of authorization.

Procedures for Responding to Requests for Disclosure, etc.: After verifying the identity of the individual making the request, we will mail a “Request Form for Disclosure of Personal Information” to that individual. Once we receive the completed “Request Form for Disclosure of Personal Information” from the individual, we will respond to the request promptly and without delay. We will respond either by telephone or by sending a “Personal Information Disclosure Response Form” containing our response to the request. Please note that we do not charge any fees for requests for disclosure, etc.
