The safety of our customers’ cargo is our top priority. At the Kanto Logistics Center, a security guard is on duty 24 hours a day. Surveillance cameras are installed in common areas, enabling round-the-clock monitoring.
In the unlikely event of damage, loss, or other issues, we will immediately contact the customer to seek instructions and respond promptly. We also have comprehensive in-house procedures in place to prepare for disasters, ensuring a safe and swift response.
